Define and Implement CI/CD process for Mobile applications
Derive strategy and implementation plan for Consolidation of mobile applications

Role: We are seeking an experienced Mobile Center of Excellence Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing reusable frameworks, standardizing CI/CD processes for deployments, and extensive knowledge of React Native. This role will be pivotal in driving our mobile strategy and ensuring the highest standards of mobile application development.

Responsibilities

·       Lead the Mobile Center of Excellence, setting the vision and strategy for mobile development.

·       Collaborate with business and architects to understand strategies and provide technical guidance to development teams, helping them resolve complex technical issues and ensuring adherence to architectural standards for all mobile development

·       Develop and maintain reusable frameworks and libraries to streamline mobile app development and promote the adoption of frameworks among all engineering teams

·       Define and standardize CI/CD processes to ensure efficient and reliable deployments for all mobile applications

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for mobile development

·       Mentor and guide mobile developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

·       Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance mobile development capabilities

·       Engage with engineering teams, offering assistance on new and ongoing projects for design &  architecture, and demonstrations of emerging technologies

·       Provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve security, performance, reliability, and scalability of mobile applications

·       Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

·       Ability to create apps and services that run on more than one mobile platform

·       Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

·       Work with delivery teams to identify and mitigate technical debt in architecture aspect, both short-term and strategically

·       Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile technology

Any Engineering Graduate with 12+ years of experience in mobile application development/deployment

·       Engineering degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.

·       12+ years of experience in technology  with 5+ years of mobile application development experience

·       Proven experience in developing reusable mobile frameworks and libraries

·       Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools

·       Excellent leadership and team management skills

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong UX/UI design skills for mobile app development

·       Experience with other mobile development frameworks

·       Experience working on Agile and Scrum methodologies

·       Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mobile applications

·       Understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection regulations

·       Extensive experience with React Native

·       Proficiency in the programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, Swift

·       Experience in working with Kakfa, APIs and GraphQL

·       Proficiency in the web and mobile technologies such as React JS, and Abyss framework

·       Professional experience in implementing solutions on public cloud platforms such as Amazon, Google and Azure

·       Familiarity with AI tools

·       Knowledge in Healthcare domain
