Primary Responsibilities:
- Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards)
- Create business intelligence solutions and models
- Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations
- Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis
- Serve as a project lead/owner and an individual who helps mentor, develop and direct Junior team members
- Work and collaborate closely with US based leaders as a matrixed team environment
- Be able to partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysis
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- 10+ years total experience and 7+ years of experience
- 5+ years of total experience in Tableau or Power BI
- 4+ years of total experience in SQL / Snowflake
- Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations
- Experience with data manipulation and ETL software such as Alteryx, SSIS, etc.
- Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
- Knowledge on Azure Fundamentals or Python
- Knowledge on DBT
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven solid attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
