Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends using Python and data science techniques
• Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and enhance decision-making processes
• AI Implementation: Implement AI solutions to automate tasks, improve customer experiences, and optimize operations
• Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML and apply innovative techniques to improve existing models and processes
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, models, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience
• Data Science Expertise: Experience with data wrangling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
• Python Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Python programming, including libraries for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
• AI & ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying models
• Problem-Solving: Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Datawarehouse (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Knowledge of other programming languages or tools that complement Python and data science
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML models
