Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 – 10 Implementation Project Managers
- Ensure the Directed Spend client implementation experience is seamless and smooth with accountability for the team’s delivery of the end to end and implementation process
- Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity
- Proactive communications with customers and internal teams
- Provide and support Implementation Project Managers with quick solutions to problems and resolution to customer roadblocks• Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Product and Client Services, to drive successful outcomes.
- Manage team workloads and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Prepare and present regular reports on implementation status, metrics and outcomes

- 5+ years of experience managing large scale payer initiatives and discipline project management skills
- 3+ years of Client Implementation experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Client facing experience
- Experience managing large complex projects and success in juggling multiple tasks and issue resolution
- Ability to develop and mentor implementation team members
- Ability to ensure controls are identifies and operationalized to allow client implementation tracking and reporting on the weekly, monthly and quarterly bases
- Intermediate proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Healthcare industry experience
- Medicare and Medicaid experience
- Salesforce experience
- Healthcare payer experience
