Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide Operational support to stake holders and coordinate with onshore team with proper handoffs
- Conduct production support activities of reviewing submitted tickets and communicate results of problem solving of tickets to stakeholders
- Coordinating production incidents and high severity issues – work with stakeholders on process for opening incident tickets and how they are assigned
- Process/project management – work with team to help coordinate best practices and timelines for production support tickets
- Building/enhancing applications to drive efficiencies for the support team – work with stakeholders to find new process/procedures for application
- Perform smoke testing as needed for applications prior to release and perform real-time problem solving with IT and business teams as a result of smoke testing
- Communicate updates/issues to broad user groups – use email or meetings to provide updates to current issues and give updates on upcoming implementations for product
- High level of experience in MS Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Report, prioritize and track all issues to resolution – use of Rally and other ticketing system to resolve any issues in system
- Experience in Rally and Service Now- use appropriate corporate incident management systems for documentation
- Address business needs/requests – use suggestions and feedback from stakeholders to prioritize and update need/requests
- Develop and maintain working relationships with individuals across a variety of functional areas
- Facilitate or assist with group meetings, provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes – schedule meetings, prepare agenda’s, take notes, on meetings with stakeholders and relevant parties
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or business analyst or call center operations
- 2+ years of end-to-end project experience
- 2+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
- 2+ years of experience working with pharmacy operations and systems
- 2+ years of experience with defect triaging and providing solutions and strategies
- 2+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodology
- Health care industry experience
- Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems
- Experience with Frontend Pharmacy system(IRIS)
- Experience managing break fixes and enhancements to fix urgent production issues
- Experience working with outside vendors
- Familiarity with configuration management
