We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models in real-world applications. This role demands a blend of deep technical knowledge, problem-solving prowess, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Optimize and enhance existing AI/ML models for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to ensure the quality and integrity of training data
• Implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning and deep learning to drive innovation and efficiency
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research and incorporate relevant findings into projects
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Document and present technical solutions and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop data-driven models
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Experience in deploying models in a production environment
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
