An individual in the Architecture job family is a strategic resource for UnitedHealth Group. This individual could be involved across many aspects of architecture, design, build, engineering and implementation of technical solutions and capabilities providing technical leadership. Responsible for communicating overall architecture vision, technical strategies, and trade-offs across various levels in the organization to gain buy-in. Will provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies. In base and mid-level roles, engages across teams in a capacity that ranges from assisting on in-flight initiatives, up to technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies across the organization. In senior level roles, leads business solutions, capabilities, and is a solid influencer that engages with client executives and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Environment Strategy: Establishing and managing the environment strategy, including setting up environments for development, testing, and production
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policies: Implementing and maintaining DLP policies to protect organizational data
• User Management: Managing user access, roles, and permissions within the Power Platform
• Capacity and Licensing: Monitoring and managing capacity and licensing to ensure optimal usage and compliance
• Data Integration: Making data available to makers through connectors, integration, or migration
• Security: Ensuring the security of data and applications by following best practices and guidelines
• Monitoring and Reporting: Keeping track of user activities, application performance, and generating reports for insights and improvements
• Support and Training: Providing support to users and conducting training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Supporting the Power Platform Solution deployment through DevOps Pipeline and GitHub Actions & Workflow
• Analyzing, Testing and enabling new or upgraded Power Platform features
• These responsibilities help ensure the smooth operation and governance of the Power Platform within an organization
• Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Power Platform Administration 
• Experience or knowledge in Copilot Studio
• Experience or knowledge in Power Platform PAC CLI
• Experience or knowledge in PowerShell
• Experience or knowledge in RPA
• Experience or knowledge in Power Automate Flow
• Experience or knowledge in Power Apps
• Experience or knowledge in Azure DevOps
• Experience or knowledge in GitHub Enterprise Cloud
• Experience or knowledge in license management
