Location(s): Supervisor will support East Side Clinic – 1200 112th Ave. NE, Bellevue, WA & Ballard – 1448 NW Market St. Seattle, WA.
Schedule: Flexible during clinic hours below, depending on business need. Schedule to be determined upon hire.
East Side Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7am-6pm, Friday, 7am-5pm PST
Ballard Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm PST
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, supervises, and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical, or production team or unit
- Impact of work is most often at the team level.
- Oversees and coordinates daily staff assignments and operations for the department to include hiring & training in collaboration with Practice Manager
- Works with Practice Manager and collaborates with Physician leadership on relevant clinical issues
- Recruit and retain talented staff and ensure proper training and resource allocation in collaboration with Practice Manager
- Implement and maintain clinical and business policies and procedures
- Ensures customer satisfaction within the clinic sites and resolves patient issues, responding directly to complaints and safety issues escalated by patients
- Ensure strict adherence to policies/procedures related
- Facility planning and overall facility maintenance
- Analyze monthly metrics relating to customer services, access and achievement of financial goals and objectives; develop and implement operational changes based on metrics
- Monitor, manage, and ensure that provider and clinic empanelment is accurate in collaboration with Practice Manager
- Contribute to the development of short and long-term business planning, then ensure plans are executed
- Achievement of clinical and business compliance and licensures for staff and requirements for regulatory compliance
- All safety functions in clinics and ensures completion of safety training and proper orientation for new employees
- Assists with monitoring patient volumes and quality of care to identify areas for improvement
- Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care administration
- Assists with overseeing the patient flow process to ensure efficiency
- Demonstrates quality improvement, facilitating the generation of ideas for improvement of patient care and functioning of the department initiatives. Collaborates with other healthcare team members to generate new ideas for quality improvement with regards to administration, patient care, and overall functioning of the department
- Ability to takes staffing calls, including on weekends and holidays
- Responds to clinical fridges out of range alarms, overnight including weekends and holidays
- Performs additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (i.e. hospital, clinical, etc.)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver’s license
Preferred Qualification:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
EMR/Epic experience
Soft Skills:
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
