The Clinical Practice Performance Manager Sr is responsible for driving CAHPS/HOS survey improvement in an assigned territory. This position will drive market and clinical relationships and engagement to improve the member experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads in designing, planning, coordinating, delivering, implementing, and evaluating member experience programs within Care Delivery settings to improve CAHPS/HOS survey measures
- Evaluates concepts and ideas against industry best practices, research, and other resources to develop experience programs and tools which drive performance improvement in CAHPS/HOS measures
- Accountable for directly influencing teams to ensure measured improvement in CAHPS/HOS measures
- Works with stakeholders within the assigned region, the national Quality team, and the broader Clinical Performance and Optum organizations to leverage expertise and adhere to established processes
- Develops and coordinates analysis, presentations, communications, and implementation for all measures within CAHPS/HOS
- Participates and develops various status reporting activities, both written and verbal, throughout program development and implementation
- Identifies needed experience improvements and develops ROI as needed to justify program investment
- Provides leadership and guidance to associates involved in program development and implementation activities
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with managers, providers and other healthcare professionals within assigned territory

Required Qualifications:
- 7+years of healthcare experience to include experience working in a provider organization, managed care organization, healthcare vendor organization, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with CAHPS/HOS
- 3+ years of program development experience
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel as a project management tool
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced critical thinking skills for complex problem solving
- Excellent presentation skills with solid communication abilities and practices, both oral and written
Preferred Qualification:
- Resident of any of these states – CO, NV, AZ, WA, CA, OR

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
