JOB TITLE: Senior Director, Analytics

LOCATION: 1200 Binz Stree, Suite 1200, Houston, TX 77004 

DUTIES: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming; build, maintain, and produce leadership facing reports as required for market; ensure proper capture of quality data submissions and identify opportunities for improvement in workflow; work with provider and membership data leadership to ensure data integrity of physician data in all reporting systems; oversee and drive solutions with guidance from executive leadership; oversee and bring to resolution ad-hoc operational initiatives as assigned; make recommendations as needed to ensure reliability of all market reporting and find innovative solutions if problems should occur; communicate with all functional business groups regarding the evolution of data and reporting and facilitates communication across the market regarding any issues or changes; define and carry out priorities of analytics team; provide training on new technology and report to providers or team members as needed; manage expectations of key stakeholders and ensure the timely completion of assigned projects; measure the success and impact of various initiatives; evaluate team members’ level of performance, to provide performance management and establish the delivery of top tier services and products to the client.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in an Analytics -related occupation. Position requires four (4) years of experience in the following: 

• Developing business intelligence products for self-service analytics;

• Technical SME to lead the analysts in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx;

• Workflow analysis and optimization using specialized workflow management tools; and

• Developing the department analytics roadmap for digital innovation.

RATE OF PAY:  $203,819 / per year
