As a Senior Product Manager on the Rx Network team, you will play a key role in leading the portfolio strategy. You will assess industry trends, customer needs and direct solutions to be developed to meet those trends and needs. You’ll create strategic roadmaps, prioritize product backlog, and communicate regularly with stakeholders. You will lead collaboration with various teams to align on product strategy.  Engaging with external customers and analyzing their feedback are essential parts of the role. You’ll manage processes, ensure technical oversight, oversee change management, and work closely with sales engineering and business stakeholders.  Additionally, you’ll collaborate with leadership regarding budgets, contracts, and product imaging, while providing subject matter expertise and developing business requirements. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the product meets consumer needs and remain competitive in the healthcare market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: build and scale a high-performing team across business units and vendor landscapes to achieve marketable deliverables in a timely and innovative manner
  • Portfolio Strategy: Excellent Understanding of market needs and support product(s)
  • Roadmap Management: Creates and maintains strategic roadmap and product backlog prioritization
  • Communication: Regularly leads updates to stakeholders on development roadmaps, backlog status, and business priorities
  • Collaboration: Aligns with product operations, support, market, and growth teams on product strategy. Works closely with Product Managers, Technical Product Managers Directors, GMs and Account Management teams
  • Customer Interaction: Leads engagements with external customers for feedback and business reviews as well as GTM strategy coordination with Marketing, Sales and Change Management teams
  • Process Management: Organizes and leads projects through the Accelerate process and ensures technical oversight with R&D leadership
  • Change Management: Oversees adherence to change management procedures
  • Stakeholder Communication: Identifies and works with support teams to draft customer communications
  • Budget and Contracts: Works closely with Directors to manage capital budgets, contract language, and product imaging
  • Expertise: Provides subject matter expertise and develops business requirements.
  • Other Duties: Performs additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail pharmacy or pharmacy technology systems
  • 5+ years of experience with PDLC processes and methodologies
  • 4+ years of experience with NCPDP D0 & F6 telecommunication standards
  • 4+ years of experience with EHR/clearinghouse/Payer API integration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of API Integrations for Prior Authorization and ePrescribing
  • Product Manager experience
  • Knowledge of Payer-Provider Interoperability (FHIR, HL7, etc.)
  • Experience in team leadership and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmacy software applications and pharmacy clearinghouse systems
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy system integration with AI systems

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
