We are searching for an ambitious professional to join our team as an independent contributor. As Project Analyst, you will be joining a high-performance team. The Project Analyst is a vital team member supporting Contracts Managers in the Industry Relations Department to secure and maintain Rebate Agreements negotiated with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide project management / reporting / administrative support to the team responsible for managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls
• Generate weekly / monthly reports on contracts and revising as necessary
• Establishing and maintaining solid business relationships internal stakeholders that are engaging with US based pharmaceutical companies
• Tracking status of contracts, initializing and executing confidentiality agreements
• Establishing / maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries and audits, including producing copies of Rebate Agreements
• Supporting special projects and initiatives
• Participating in additional projects as team resources require

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Reporting, and/or administrative support role
• Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Experience in a role utilizing organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience understanding business needs and prioritizing work accordingly
• Experience managing project timelines and/or working in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

• US Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management experience
• Previous contracting experience
• Healthcare/ Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
• Familiarity with Adobe Sign e-signature and/or Salesforce

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
