Looking for a detail-oriented and strategic EPMO Master Scheduler.  The ideal candidate will have a solid background in crafting compelling, compliant schedules.  This role will have two focus areas.  The building and maintaining of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role will also audit, provide support and maintenance for vendor schedules that are submitted to the state in support of the IMS.

Primary Responsibilities:

Workplan/Schedules Development and Integrated Master Schedule 

  • Coordinate with state managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and other team members to develop a high-quality integrated schedule
  • Understand and define work strategies, aligning tasks with resources to deliver desired client outcomes and reflected in the schedule
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to manage schedule build effectively
  • Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across state functional groups
  • Ensure all schedules and contract deliverables fully comply with state policies, customer, and industry requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in a complex, multi-project environment
  • 3+ years of experience working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
  • 3+ years of experience with data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining project schedule for government DDI projects
  • Proven solid understanding of project management principles (PMP certification required)
  • Proven understanding of Agile and Change Management processes in relation to scheduling
  • Proven solid proficiency with MS Project skilled in task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management, subproject management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
