The ASC Administrator is responsible for administrative oversight and management across multiple Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) locations. Responsibilities include providing leadership, direction and administration of activities to ensure accomplishment of the ASC’s objectives. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining the ASC budget, creating and monitoring essential KPIs, managing business office functions, including billing/coding, developing and maintaining physician relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures related to the ASC. The ASC Administrator reports to the Senior Manager, ASC.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s license
  • 1+ years as coordinator, project manager, supervisor experience. Advanced degree in Business and/or Healthcare Administration will count equal to one year of supervisory/management experience
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations and regulatory standards for healthcare or surgical facilities (AAAHC, AAASC, JCAHO, OSHA, TDH, and CLIA)
  • Demonstrated solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • CASC certification 
  • Ambulatory Care Management experience 
  • ASC or hospital outpatient surgical experience
  • Experience with ASC Business Office activity; AR, Coding, Insurance verification, collections Experience with ASC operations guidelines as governed by CMS
  • Demonstrated experience developing solid relationships with physicians
  • Experience as Specialty Clinic Administrator/Practice Manager 

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
