We are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director of Clinical Initiatives and Informatics to lead informatics-driven transformation across our Home and Community Care businesses. This role will be instrumental in advancing our EHR modernization efforts and optimizing clinical platforms to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in clinical informatics, change management, and cross-functional leadership to support scalable, data-driven solutions that improve care delivery and operational performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the clinical informatics lead for Home and Community Care, guiding EHR implementation, optimization, and platform modernization initiatives
- Lead the design and execution of informatics strategies that align with clinical, operational, and regulatory priorities
- Collaborate with clinical, capability. IT, and business stakeholders to translate clinical workflows into effective digital solutions
- Oversee the development and deployment of clinical decision support tools, data integration models, and reporting frameworks
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical operations and technology teams to ensure alignment and adoption of informatics solutions
- Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements in all informatics initiatives
- Support change management efforts, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to EHR utilization, clinical quality, and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams involved in informatics and clinical transformation projects

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, EHR implementation, or healthcare transformation
- Experience with EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Athena, Cerner) and clinical decision support systems
- Proven track record of leading large-scale informatics or digital health initiatives
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, LTSS, or home and community-based care models
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical Informatics Leadership: Expertise in leading EHR and platform modernization initiatives
- Strategic Implementation: Ability to translate clinical needs into scalable informatics solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success in partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams
- Change Management: Skilled in driving adoption and engagement across diverse user groups
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Solid analytical skills to evaluate impact and guide continuous improvement

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
