Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing concierge services to identified employees participating in physical programs such as the Be Well at Shell Premier Prevention exam and MOTIVA exam
• Performing confirmation, appointment preparation duties and on-site concierge services as outlined in the procedures for these types of programs
• Maintaining supplies at each of the appropriate clinic sites to provide healthy snacks and drinks to each of these employees, and provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the Corporate Concierge Specialist I, in the absence of the Manager of Employer Programs or Supervisor of Concierge Services

Required Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or direct sales
• 2+ years of experience at KSC in a Corporate Concierge Specialist I position
• Proficient in basic computer applications with knowledge of MS Office products
• Epic Experience
• Knowledge of Insurance and Managed Care
• Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, telemarketing and sales
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.38 to $29.81 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
