Deputy Manager – Graphic Designing

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials. Create graphics for Marketing event materials, social media, websites, and Internal communications advertisements that align with brand identity
- Design business presentations. Create business presentations, case studies and documents with brand alignment
- Collaborate with team members. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts
- Utilize graphic design software. Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Incorporate typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials
- Maintain brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a solid brand identity
- Develop visual concepts. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience
- Meet deadlines. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule
- Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
- 3+ years of working experience through a solid portfolio with high-quality designs
- Knowledge of design trends. Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects.
- Technical proficiency. Skilled in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Graphic design skills. Proficiency in typography (knowledge of font size and style to enhance the readability of text and images), color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals
- Communication skills. Proven ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members
- Time management skills. Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability. Proven flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Problem-solving skills. Proven creative ability to overcome design challenges and deliver effective solutions.
