We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare platforms including MD-Staff, Press Ganey’s High Reliability Platform (HRP), and RL6. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in healthcare operations, workflow design, and business analysis, with a solid focus on improving system efficiency and user experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the functional setup and configuration of MD-Staff, HRP, and RL6 platforms to meet client-specific requirements
- Workflow Management:
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows for credentialing, incident reporting, and safety event tracking aligned with healthcare best practices
- Business Analysis:
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into system functionalities
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand operational challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance compliance and performance
- Quality Assurance:
- Support testing and validation of system configurations and workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify issues, establish objectives, develop recommendations, and implement solutions for our clients with using the Press Ganey HRP, RL6
- Client Engagement & Success:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth through tailored solutions and insights
- Innovation & Transformation:
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in healthcare delivery, patient experience, and digital transformation. Drive innovation through data-driven decision-making and strategic partnerships
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee performance metrics, financial targets, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability across client engagements
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or operations
- Hands-on experience on Tealium with MD-Staff (credentialing), RL6 (incident reporting), and HRP (high reliability)
- Solid understanding of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and credentialing workflows
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integration of healthcare systems and data exchange protocols
- Familiarity with SMART Reporter, dashboard analytics, and reporting tools
- Clinical or operational background in hospital or health system settings
