Director Technical Product Management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with product director, product manager, Enterprise & domain level solution architects to establish and execute incoming work Intake process by establishing common intake
• Connect with Business and Technology leads to size for prioritization with highest business value
• Provide Automated reporting via consolidated view for all Intake/Initiatives for effective delivery, tracking
• Prioritize backlog based on priority established by the product manager 
• Produce a healthy backlog by ensuring enough Intake/Aha ideas are submitted by Business Owner, Product Director and their team
• Work as a change agent to establish effective Intake process all the way from inception until implementation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR equivalent experience 
• Healthcare experience or any related domain 
• Experience in agile software development methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional product managers, business SMEs and agile engineering teams 
• Experience developing change management materials
• Experience solid collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product, Program management experience
• Experience working in the healthcare analytics space on provider data
• Experience writing end-user documentation 
• Experience with product management tools like Aha, Rally, and GitHub 
• Product Manager, owner experience on an Agile scrum team
• Subject matter expertise in backlog management 
• Proven ability to identify training needs, coach, and mentor teams

Soft Skill:

• Written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting
