The Product Identity Management (PIM) Sr. Consultant is a key member of the Product Identity Management team, responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of product information within the organization’s PIM system. This position bridges technical data stewardship with business partner support, ensuring that product data enables effective operations, drives decision-making, and supports the company’s strategic objectives. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering reporting solutions, validating and maintaining the integrity of product data, and serving as a liaison between technology teams and business partners in support of system integrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to provide transparency into product data status, quality, and completeness
  • Leverage BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to visualize product data and support business needs
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues related to data synchronization, connectivity, and transformation
  • Support periodic revalidation of product data in partnership with business segment product teams
  • Develop scripts and stored procedures to automate recurring data management tasks and support business reporting needs
  • Serve as a key point of contact for business partners regarding system integration projects, database query development, and solution design needs
  • Provide training, guidance, and documentation to business partners and end-users on best practices for product data management and PIM usage
  • Document PIM business processes, data flows, and reporting frameworks for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance data quality and PIM system usability
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience working with product data management systems, master data management tools, or other related databases
  • Experience in data analysis, validation, and reporting using relevant tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau
  • Familiarity with product taxonomy, data models, and data governance best practices
  • Proven solid analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and technical concepts for non-technical business partners
  • Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience building, using, and enhancing Smartsheet workflows
  • Experience supporting or training business users in data systems or process improvements
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities
