Our Product Management team drives the vision, strategy, and execution for innovative healthcare solutions that deliver measurable value to customers and the business.

 

As a Product Manager, you will define and deliver the roadmap for a specific product or feature, ensuring customer needs are met and business goals are achieved. You will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and act as the voice of the customer while collaborating cross-functionally to drive product success.

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate product vision into actionable features and prioritize the backlog
  • Act as the voice of the customer, integrating feedback and market needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, regulatory, and marketing teams
  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather market insights to inform decisions
  • Define detailed product requirements and align with stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
  • Manage the Accelerate process and maintain business requirements
  • Own product roadmaps and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide subject matter expertise and participate in customer business reviews
  • Link operational outcomes to financial results and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pharmacy experience 
  • 2+ years as Product Manager or Product Analyst, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Proven solid business acumen and understanding of product lifecycle management
  • Ability to analyze data, assess KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management 
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira)
  • Product lifecycle management and strategic planning experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a suite of products or a complex product
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and P&L management
  • Experience with customer engagement and market research
  • Technical knowledge of modern technology trends and concepts

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
