Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
• Managing HA and upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
• Engineer would be working on daily Deployment or Changes
• Managing Break or Fix Incidents and High Priority WAR Rooms
• Monitoring and Operational support for Network ISP Switches and Network
• Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution
• Design and run planned Security Changes and RMA to maintain business continuity

• Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)

   

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of at least 4-year course
• 7+ years  of experience in Networks Security or Infrastructure
• Proven excellent hands-on Experience on Firewall deployment in Datacenter environment
• Good understanding on Monitoring tools like Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc.
• Willing or open for 24*7*365 Flexible shift

• Proven excellent conceptual & hands on Experience on Network Security and Cloud Platforms such as Palo Alto & Proxy

   

Preferred Qualification:

• Any course – Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
