Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop AI/ML solutions for ECS Big Bets and AI 10.0 initiatives, focusing on automation of clinical workflows and operational efficiency
- Build and integrate models for tasks like Touchless Intake, Scheduling, Voice AI, and Prior Authorization
- Implement unit testing, code coverage, and test automation to ensure quality and reliability
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
- Work on front-end and back-end components using React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
- Optimize data pipelines and model performance for production environments
- Stay current with AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-agentic architectures
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Software development experience, with exposure to AI/ML projects
- Knowledge of unit testing and test automation tools (e.g., Jest, PyTest)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with pre-trained models
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering (hands-on experience preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
- Willingness to learn LLM gateways, MCP, and agentic/multi-agentic solutions
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Interest in healthcare workflows and AI observability tools like Arize AX
