This position supports the Center of Excellence (COE) team in the Enterprise Security & Resilience Office, responsible for supporting the growth of the COE function while closely aligning with senior and executive leaders to achieve security and operational excellence across the company.

 

The position will sit within the Enterprise Security Office and focus on program management, executive reporting and analytics capabilities, and driving automation to support operational discipline for security matters. This position offers flexibility to work remotely.

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the COE aligned with organizational and strategic goals
  • Collaborate across the enterprise security office to execute strategy of operational excellence and risk remediation, while partnering to enhance reporting and automation capabilities
  • Design and implement best in class reporting capabilities to deliver real-time, data driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to security stakeholders
  • Support COE operations and the execution of special projects, including other ESRO assessments as required
  • Provide oversight to team members in the delivery of COE initiatives
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and standards for the security office, and act as a thought leader and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous process optimization
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, and leadership to align COE initiatives with enterprise priorities
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical and leadership capabilities
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth
  • Research emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices
  • Pilot and scale innovative solutions to address business challenges
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjust strategies based on performance data
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI of COE initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, information security, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technology, information security, risk management, or compliance, with exposure to managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a center of excellence or operations role
  • 3+ years of proven analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address pain points and satisfaction drivers using data
  • Demonstrated experience applying or using AI/ML to enhance operations, automate processes, and improve insights in a complex enterprise environment
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain security protocols that align with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Proven exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of presenting recommendations to executive leadership and fostering organizational alignment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700    to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
