Primary Responsibilities:

• Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems related to user support for a set of performance management applications
• Prioritize work in order to manage multiple task types and meet deadlines for all
• Investigate non-standard requests and problems with minimal assistance from others, test and troubleshoot different scenarios and share finding
• Able to communicate easily with customers both to understand issue and explain the solution
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
• 2+ years of data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting metric reporting
• Intermediate proficiency querying within SQL Server environment
