Primary Responsibilities:

  • Business and Stakeholder Management
    • Engage with business leaders to understand goals, KPIs, and operational challenges
    • Translate business problems into structured analytical use cases and requirements
    • Facilitate discussions to define success metrics and expected outcomes
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and patterns
    • Conduct root‑cause analysis for performance issues or business deviations
    • Build predictive, diagnostic, and descriptive insights using analytical methods
    • Develop hypotheses, test them through data, and propose actionable solutions
  • Reporting and Visualization
    • Design and automate dashboards/reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
    • Build KPI trackers for operational, financial, or quality metrics
    • Ensure reports are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs
    • Maintain data governance, consistency, and accuracy across reporting layers
  • Process Improvement and Project Support
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvement initiatives
    • Support business cases, ROI assessments, and strategic planning
    • Participate in cross-functional analytics projects and ensure timely delivery
    • Work with IT/Data Engineering to refine data pipelines and data quality
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or master’s in computer application
  • 2+ years of analytics/business analysis experience (can be adjusted as needed)
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar
  • Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, formulas)
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical methods
  • Proven accuracy and relevance of insights provided
  • Proven timeliness and efficiency of reporting/dashboard delivery
  • Proven impact of recommendations on business outcomes
  • Proven stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of analytics solutions

  • Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to translate data insights into business narratives
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management and influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work independently

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python/R
  • Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts
