Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal product developers, product managers and products owners as new products and product enhancements leverage the Accelerate process; truly operate as a “sherpa” for product developers, managers and owners as they work through the process
- Accelerate process daily management – lead meetings and follow-ups, manage team Sharepoint and Teams repositories, proactively identify improvement and efficiency opportunities
- Provide ownership of a tool for product owners – the “Accelerate Guide” – managing and improving upon content as appropriate
- Central repository management of template documents, quality-check on deliverable submission prior to Governance meetings
- Accelerate success metric management and definition
- Process satisfaction measurement and management
- Understand the goals and tasks assigned, producing results
- Assimilates quickly to new environments, exhibits flexibility and applies a continuous learning mindset in all aspects of work
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of non-technical product management, operations or business analyst experience
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience achieving goals in a matrix environment
- Subject matter expert for Accelerate product development process
- Intermediate efficiency in MS Office: Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
