Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) delivers services and operational support to meet business integration objectives. This is a senior enterprise product leadership role shaping the future of how employees work across Optum and UnitedHealth Group. You will own and scale our flagship employee facing AI product. Eva AI, our enterprise virtual assistant. Eva is positioned to transform how employees access enterprise knowledge, services, and AI powered agents and tools through a unified, intelligent front door experience.
Operating at the intersection of business transformation, product strategy, and technology execution, you will lead enterprise scale AI products from vision to value-setting direction, aligning leaders, and driving end to end outcomes across strategy, delivery, governance, and value realization. This role is centered on enablement, establishing shared platforms, foundations, and operating models that allow AI capabilities to be safely reused and scaled across the enterprise to deliver measurable impact. direction, aligning leaders, and delivering capabilities that meaningfully improve employee experience and achieve realization of enterprise value. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise wide leadership for critical AI initiatives, including the evolution of Eva AI as the strategic employee experience front door, the delivery of AI powered agents and a democratized platform serving common enterprise needs, and the creation of integrated digital experiences that support employees in their flow of work
- Set product direction and priorities, align stakeholders, and orchestrate delivery across engineering, architecture, design, operations, and business teams from roadmap through planning cycles
- Partner closely with senior leaders across multiple domains to define priorities, sequence work into executable roadmaps, manage risk, and ensure measurable business outcomes
- Establish disciplined, enterprise ready product management practices, governance models, and operating rhythms that enable scale, consistency, and accountability
- Ensure pilots and early releases successfully transition into sustained, enterprise scale capabilities with continuous monitoring and improvement
- Design and deliver responsible AI powered solutions that address complex business challenges, streamline workflows, and drive strategic innovation for enterprise partners
- Leverage enterprise approved AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate ideation, automate repetitive work, and build AI fluency across the product team
- Conduct industry and practice research, evaluate emerging trends, and analyze product performance, usage, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Translate enterprise strategy and long range goals into incremental, executable plans across multiple scrum teams
- Lead and develop a global product team spanning Technical Product Owners, product analysts, and operations roles to build a high performing, AI fluent product team focused on delivering measurable business value
- Define and manage product business value realization measures and clearly communicate outcomes through compelling, executive ready storytelling

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise scale product management, digital platforms, or technology enabled business transformation initiatives
- 2+ years of leadership experience owning end to end product accountability, including strategy, delivery, governance, and value realization
- 2+ years of experience leading product management disciplines at scale, including outcome based roadmapping, prioritization, backlog management, and user driven insights informed by research, testing, and feedback
- 2+ years of experience and understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including cloud platforms, APIs, architecture patterns, and modern digital experience platforms
- 2+ years of experience translating enterprise strategy into executable roadmaps, features, and prioritized work across multiple scrum teams in a scaled agile delivery model or equivalent enterprise delivery framework
- 1+ years of experience delivering AI powered or data driven products-including applied AI, intelligent agents, or automated user facing solutions-in production environments
- Demonstrated fluency using enterprise approved AI tools in daily product management work to drive insight, efficiency, and decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience establishing and maturing governance models, operating rhythms, and delivery frameworks that enable enterprise scale and consistency
- Ability to lead and mature global product teams, including Technical Product Owners, product analysts, and operations roles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business, technology, and delivery teams around a shared vision and influence without authority
- Solid analytical and decision making skills, with a focus on technical data analytics, metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement
- Solid executive presence with a track record of partnering with senior leaders to align priorities, manage risk, and drive measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated success transitioning pilots and early releases into sustained, enterprise scale capabilities
- Financial acumen with experience creating cost benefit analyses and business cases to support product decisions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
