Position summary

The Employee Experience team is seeking an Associate Product Analytics & Insights role to drive data-informed product decisions across one of the enterprise's AI platforms. This role combines product management, analytics, user insights, and business performance measurement. 

The successful candidate will partner with product managers, engineers, UX designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define, automate & socialize measurement for product outcomes and user experience to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.  

Data pulls, synthesis, and first-draft narrative are increasingly produced by AI; the person in this seat directs those systems, verifies what they produce, and owns the decisions that follow.

Primary responsibilities:

Product measurement and analytics

• Define and maintain product success metrics, KPIs, and outcome measurements
• Direct AI tooling to analyze adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business performance; own the interpretation and the judgment calls it cannot make
• Automate recurring performance reporting and executive dashboards so they refresh and narrate themselves, and spend the time saved on exceptions, anomalies, and root cause
• Evaluate feature launches against expected objectives through always-on instrumented measurement rather than one-off post-launch analyses

User insights and research

• Use AI to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signal at scale, then verify the findings and stand behind what is presented as true
• Analyze user feedback, surveys, support trends, and experience metrics
• Partner with UX and product teams to validate hypotheses and evaluate experience improvements

Product strategy support

• Translate data into actionable recommendations that influence prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Support business case development for new features and capabilities
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research related to AI and employee experience

Stakeholder communication

• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Produce presentations, reports, and visualizations that clearly articulate business impact
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on success measures and outcomes

Continuous improvement

• Identify manual analytics, reporting, and measurement work that should be automated, and lead the automation rather than absorbing the workload 
• Build and maintain reusable AI workflows, prompts, and agents that the wider team can adopt
• Promote data-informed decision-making, and set the standard for how AI-generated output is reviewed before it reaches a decision forum

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience working with large datasets and interpreting data trends in analytics, product management, business analysis, consulting, research, or related disciplines
• 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ years building automated workflows or agents with tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or equivalent
• Experience with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and KPI frameworks
• Understanding of user research, journey mapping, or customer experience measurement
• Exposure to conversational AI, digital assistants, agents, or machine learning technologies
• Experience supporting product, technology, or digital transformation initiatives

This role will help shape the future of AI-powered employee experiences by providing the insights, measurement frameworks, and data-driven recommendations that guide investment decisions across the Eva platform.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
