As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join an innovative technology team dedicated to designing, building, and scaling high-performing applications. In this role, you will leverage modern front-end frameworks and Java-based microservices architecture to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend capabilities that support critical healthcare operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve full-stack software applications using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build scalable RESTful web services and microservices architecture utilizing Spring Boot
• Create responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces using frameworks such as React or Angular
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software engineering standards and enterprise design patterns
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions
• Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high product quality

• Collaborate with cloud, platform, and DevOps teams to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI use case, Agentic AI
• Experience with AI/ML tools and contract review processes
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Search, and AI integrations
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application architectures
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
