Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build and support back-end services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js under the guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in application design discussions and technical reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering standards and best practices
• Perform unit testing, support defect resolution, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality
• Work with databases and write basic SQL queries to support application functionality
• Learn and utilize CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, and cloud technologies to support software deployment and operations
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, MSc)
• Experience in software development through internships, projects, or academic work
• Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of REST APIs, database concepts, and SQL
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Demonstrated solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Demonstrated excellent communication, collaboration, and learning agility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare domain knowledge 
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices, CI/CD tools, and AI-enabled application development
