We are seeking an experienced BI & Analytics Lead to drive the transformation of reporting, insights, and decision intelligence across the RCM organization. This role will be responsible for building a unified executive insight layer, leading AI-enabled reporting transformation, establishing scalable data architecture, and driving a modern BI operating model that enables proactive business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic leadership capabilities to deliver enterprise-scale analytics solutions and influence senior stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build a unified executive insight layer through centralized dashboards, including the Unified RCM Dashboard and OI RCM One Dashboard, enabling faster and more effective leadership decision-making
• Drive AI-led transformation by achieving reporting rationalization through end-to-end automation across data, insights, and publishing processes
• Establish scalable data architecture with standardized metrics, business definitions, and reusable BI models across the RCM ecosystem
• Enable the shift from reporting to proactive decision-making through predictive insights, automated triggers, and advanced analytics
• Lead capability building, transition management, governance, and operational excellence to establish a sustainable BI operating model
• Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting strategy, KPIs, and analytics priorities
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and executive dashboards to improve business visibility and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 13+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Reporting Transformation, or related domains
• Experience leading enterprise-wide BI and analytics initiatives
• Experience managing large-scale reporting ecosystems and transformation programs
• Solid stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership and executive teams
• Solid understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and analytics operating models
