Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and PySpark
• Build scalable and high-performance data pipelines for enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms
• Develop and maintain workflow orchestration using Airflow
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and production support activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior team members
• Drive performance tuning, automation, and process improvements across the data platform
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and development best practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing
• Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python/PySpark, and UNIX
• Experience with Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL
• Proven ability to lead teams
