Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation to enable reliable, repeatable software delivery
• Administer and support GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions workflows
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Improve platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices
• Partner with engineering teams to standardize build, deploy, and release processes
• Implement security best practices including secrets management, dependency scanning, and compliance controls
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI assisted tooling
• Participate in on call support and post incident reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release engineering
• Solid hands on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Experience with Java and Maven build tooling
• Hands on experience with Docker containerization
• Experience deploying and operating workloads in Microsoft Azure
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
• Experience with Azure AKS and cloud networking
• Experience using AI assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, code scanning)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated security tooling
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
• Proven solid collaboration and communication skills across engineering, security, and platform teams
