The Senior Change Mgmt. Consultant leads the people side of change for complex strategic initiatives across the clinical organization. This role partners with executive sponsors, clinical and operational leaders, project and program managers, and impacted teams to develop and execute integrated change strategies that improve readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes. The position also strengthens enterprise change management capability by providing coaching, practical tools, and consistent standards across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, organizational development, communications, psychology, or a related field
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification or comparable recognized change management certification
  • 5+ years of progressive experience leading organizational change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience measuring adoption, end-user readiness, behavior change, and change effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Conflict-resolution experience with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, communication plans, training approaches, readiness plans, and reinforcement activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated success influencing executives, leaders, clinicians, and frontline teams without direct authority in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated solid facilitation, coaching, consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy and project objectives into practical, audience-specific change and adoption plans
  • Demonstrated ability to assess stakeholder needs, resistance, organizational readiness, and impacts to clinical and operational workflows
  • Demonstrated executive presence and advanced written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple strategic initiatives, and provide structure in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
  • Demonstrated judgment, discretion, empathy, and credibility when working with sensitive organizational changes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field
  • PMP, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Lean Six Sigma, or related certification
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology implementation, operating model, workflow, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience establishing or maturing enterprise change management standards, tools, and governance
  • Experience integrating change management with project management, process improvement, and portfolio management practices
  • Experience with human-centered design, design thinking, adult learning, or organizational development
  • Experience coaching project teams, leaders, and change champions to build sustainable change capability
  • Experience with change management, survey, collaboration, project management, or data-visualization tools
  • Change management experience in a healthcare, clinical, or ambulatory care environment


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
