Business automations team is a product re-engineering team which helps with improving efficiencies & increasing quality by designing various automations. This team also helps in process analysis to design new applications with respect to workflow changes. 

Primary Responsibilities:
The following duties cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of the job.  Specific circumstances may allow or require some people assigned to the job to perform a somewhat different combination of duties.

  • Design & develop new automations basis the requirement
  • Responsible for development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a complex project module
  • Design, code, test, debug, and record those programs proficient to work at top technical level of every level of applications programming activities
  • Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex modules
  • Design and develop code applications to technical and functional programming standards
  • Use Git workflows effectively to streamline development processes
  • Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction
  • Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies
  • Develop operational documents for Application
  • Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
  • Conduct automation feasibility studies
  • Collaborate with business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization
  • Assimilates, integrates, and interfaces technical knowledge with business / systems requirements
  • Involved in projects converting from non-strategic to strategic systems
  • Drive the development of program strategy and methodology with respect to business analysis/requirements/testing
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across the program team
  • Ability to diagnose potential risks/ issue and provide proactive program risk/ Issue management
  • Ability to document and communicate user needs in professional and efficient manner
  • Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to build trusted relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • BE / B.Tech/MCA/MSC
  • 3+ years Proven experience as a .Net Developer and currently working on .NET Core projects
  • Experience 3+ years
  • Experience with .Net Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, ADO.Net and LINQ
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries like Stored Procedure, Views, Functions, Triggers
  • Healthcare Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platform such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Security Practices: Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption, is essential secure .NET applications, especially for handling sensitive data
  • Knowledge of SSIS: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling

  • Effective Analytical, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities, multi-task, self-motivated
  • Knowledge of group product lines and Corporate Operations
  • Candidate should have at least + 3 years of solid experience writing Programs using PL/SQL and queries using SQL and producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)
  • Transform written technical specifications into code. Generate triggers, procedures, functions and packages utilizing Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL.  Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
  • Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems and providing technical support for web/ window applications
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
  • Ensure that test plans are developed and executed in validation of system requirements
  • Develop efficient and maintainable software that meets business user requirements Code and test on large scale SQL Server back-end database applications
  • Collaborative, team player with solid work ethic and service-mentality
  • Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
  • Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation

Job Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a normal office environment in evening Shift (03:30PM to 1:00AM)
  • Prolonged sitting is required (9.5 hours shift)
  • Ability to work overtime need basis (Saturdays only)
