Advisory Services Consultant – Provider Business Analyst – Hyderabad

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead in-depth requirement analysis for healthcare product development projects, aligning business needs with strategic goals
• Techno domain with SQL and visualization tools and healthcare industry experience in Provider/RCM /Clinical with 3+ years of consultancy experience
• Collaborate with senior management to define product roadmaps and contribute to long-term planning
• Communicate the product roadmap and release plans to stakeholders
• Ensure that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Conduct Backlog grooming, Sprint Planning and Sprint meets to communicate the requirements and User stories and track the progress
• Ensure deployment of features to Production after UAT testing and approval from stakeholders
• Forecast, plan and prioritize defects in production and ensuring quick resolution
• Collaborating with Clients: Work closely with healthcare organizations to understand their needs, gather requirements, and design customized solutions
• Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of EMR/EHR solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Workflow Analysis: Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement within healthcare processes
• Deep Understanding of Client Needs: Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements to deliver projects effectively
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Cerner configurations, workflows, and integrations. Your role is to identify any issues and ensure system reliability
• User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for staff members
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and integrate compliance measures into project workflows
• Cultivate solid relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between business units, development teams, and leadership
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather input and feedback on client requirements
• Introduce best practices and emerging trends to enhance overall efficiency
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with 6+ Years of experience in Clinical /Provider domain
• Good experience in SQL and visualization tools required 
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry processes, regulations, and emerging trends
• Organizational Skills: Managing tasks, priorities, and project details efficiently
• Proven leadership experience in business analysis, with a track record of successful healthcare product deliveries
• Leading EMR/EHR-related projects, meeting timelines, and managing deliverables
• Expertise in EPIC/Cerner or any EMR/EHR applications
• Solid strategic mindset with the ability to align business objectives with product development strategies
• Proven exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in driving the development of healthcare products, from ideation to release
• Ability to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams and provide effective leadership to achieve project goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced data analytics techniques and tools to uncover deeper insights from healthcare data
• In-depth understanding of advanced healthcare regulatory requirements and their implications on product development
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in healthcare and a proactive approach to integrating innovations into product development
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or healthcare IT
• Understanding of global healthcare trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to product development strategies
