Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of data collection and warehousing strategy powering reporting and analytics related to digital enrollment acquisition
  • Resource to senior leadership. Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches related to digital enrollment acquisition
  • Coordination and development of pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends for website analytics operation
  • Translates highly complex digital analytics concepts to a variety of audiences for the purposes of operational support and strategic decision making
  • Leads large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Will serve as a technically capable business owned resource to work with our IT partners to ensure solutions being delivered are aligned to business needs and efficient/cost effective
  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert to the business for website reporting and analytics within the digital enrollment acquisition space

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex cross functional projects
  • 5+ years of data analysis & report building experience
  • 5+ years of experience with data warehousing architecture
  • 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools such and DOMO, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Manager
  • 3+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage sales operations and strategy
  • 3+ years experience leading cross functional teams delivering software solutions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Invoca
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
