Software Engineer Lead – .NET

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and over 7 years of experience. The candidate should have a solid technical background in .Net, ASP.Net Core, MVC, Web API, React, SQL Server, CI/CD tools, and MS Azure. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset. Experience in cloud migration projects is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work as a Full Stack Engineer/Tech Lead on an Agile Scrum team
• Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning
• Design and develop UI using modern front-end frameworks (React)
• Design and implement web services with security
• Design and development of well documented source code
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
• Utilize MS Azure for cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management
• Solve complex technical problems independently
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on coding styles and best engg. practices
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on .Net, ASP.Net Core, MVC, Web API, React and SQL Server
• Solid technical expertise in CI/CD tools and MS Azure
• Proven excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Proven growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in cloud migration projects
