Description: Lead Software Engineer who will have the below primary responsibilities:
· Leads and owns the solution analysis, design, implementation, and production release of API capabilities independently or together with other software engineers in the team.
· Serves as a mentor and provides consultancy to team members in technology best practices,
· Participate in troubleshooting sessions/war rooms to provide insights, recommendations, and updates to the leadership about the resolutions and impacts.
· Evaluate and drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and design patterns to provide better productivity, delivery quality, and cost effective implementations to the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience on production-grade systems
- Fullstack Java developer with over 8 years of experience in an agile environment with design, development, testing, documentation and deployment
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Spring boot, Docker, Kubernetes
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working on a cloud platform (Azure, GCP)
- Experience working and collaborating with geographically distributed teams
- Experience building CI/CD pipeline
- Experience in constructing and maintaining API infrastructure.
- Expert in microservice-based development
- Ability to apply development best practices adhering to engineering principles by writing high quality, secure code that is modular, functional and testable
- Ability to support production deployment, system maintenance and operations of the applications, respond to incident tickets in a timely manner
- Ability to participate in GitHub PRs, peer designs, code, tests and automation, providing optimization and simplification recommendations
- Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Solid programming skills utilizing Java 11 and up, Spring boot Microservices, Rest APIs
· Agile Tools – Rally
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Kafka, Azure Cosmos DB
- Knowledgeable in Healthcare Platform
