Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the tactical and strategic direction and influence the overall roadmap for several security products used within the team
• Maintain a groomed and prioritized backlog along with a product roadmap supporting better integration, automation, and optimization for the products leveraged by the team
• Support the establishment and tracking of metrics to discover areas of improvement and monitor upgrades to the products
• Work in collaboration with Security Partners to ensure integration and alignment between business need and product strategies for the business lines of products/applications – ServiceNow, eGRC, SharePoint, Responsive, Splunk etc.
• Partner with the technical product owner for eGRC/ ServiceNow to influence product changes with the customer in mind. eGRC is a platform used across the enterprise for RFI/RFP/Audit intake and enables governance, risk management and compliance by housing policies, procedures, regulatory controls, and internal controls that employees must adhere to companywide
• Ability to explain and present technical solutions to stakeholders and EIS leaders
• Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of understanding of current security framework, standards and technologies concerning the industry
• Exposure to product development and management for continuous improvement
• Working knowledge of various enterprise security tools including eGRC, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MS SharePoint (site administration, permission management, site consolidation)
• Proven good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against KPI
• Proven ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision
