Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end development team, provide mentorship, and drive best practices in front-end and back-end technologies
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design specifications into functional features
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the application meets business requirements and user needs
• Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality
• Optimize application performance and resolve any bugs or issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and introduce new tools and techniques to the team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 4+ years of professional front-end/back-end development experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture and its integration with microservices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Hands on with Core Java/ J2ee (Spring, Hibernate, SPRING Framework MVC)
  • Ability to design and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Ability to develop responsive and visually appealing components using frameworks like React, Angular, Next Js or Vue.js.
  • Micro-Frontend Architecture: Design and implement micro-frontend solutions that integrate with microservices
  • Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance and scalability
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services
  • Ability to work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to manage and query data efficiently
  • Ability to implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to connect front-end components with back-end services
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Collaboration: Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
