Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to deliver insights
• Accountable for Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
• Be able to understand and create Scripts for data validation as it moves through various project lifecycle
• Be able to work closely with business partners and data SMEs to understand Healthcare Quality Measures and its related business requirements and create visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards
• Communicates effectively with leadership and analysts across teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all tasks
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent (B.Tech./M.SC – Statistics, Operation Research) with at least 6+ years of work experience
• Working experience using PowerBI, Tableau
• Experience of working with Cloud technologies preferably Snowflake and Databricks
• Experience of working with Agile Methodology (preferably in Rally)
• Proficient in writing SQL queries
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide clear explanations and overviews to others (internal and external) of their work efforts
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated solid facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
