Infusion Pharmacy Technician – Jacksonville, FL

Position Location: 9655 Florida Mining Blvd W, Suite 411, Jacksonville, FL 32257

Position Schedule: Monday through Friday with 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with ordering, receiving, counting, and maintaining inventory
• Unpack and ensure proper placement of received inventory according to storage and/or refrigeration requirements
• accurately gather medications and supplies according to specifications of compounding record
• Label prepared compounded sterile products
• Assist with cleaning of pharmacy prep area and sterile product complex, including required monthly clean of cleanroom environment
• Sanitize and prepare medications and supplies for entry into cleanroom environment
• Restock pharmacy and cleanroom supplies
• Organize medication orders to prepare for production
• Package and label prepared medication orders, ensuring drug, related supplies, and education materials are included
• Prepare and scan compounding record documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License or registration where required by state of law or ability to attain within 6 months of hire date
• 1+ years of Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
• 1+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in office at 9655 Florida Mining Blvd W, Suite 411, Jacksonville, FL 32257 Monday through Friday with 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
