Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure User Stories are written in the US Template format
• Ensure all User Stories in flight are aligned to the proper Iteration
• Translate customer needs into high quality system solutions and ensures effective operational outcomes
• Gather facts and data to inform decision making with cause-and-effect relationships
• Monitor all Open Defects and work with QE team to resolve
• Recommend test scenarios to business UAT teams and assist in defect analysis to assess impact on the solution
• Actively patriciate in ensuring solution and applies to SIT and UAT testing methodologies
• Execute SIT test cases, collaborate with QA on testing efforts, and document results
• Report product defects to development, track their life cycle and test product fixes
• Track, identify and promptly report issues that may affect solution quality and bring forward improvement recommendations
• Support release management in removing team blockers, identifying delivery risks, and impact to the customer to ensure seamless delivery execution
• Work with Product Owner on Retrospective improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems  Analyst
• 3+ years of Agile experience
• Business knowledge and knowledge of how technology can optimize and enable solutions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
