Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium to ensure product quality
  • Perform thorough manual testing to identify any potential issues with software performance
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve product quality through testing
  • Develop and maintain well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Analyze test results, document defects, and track bug resolution
  • Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
  • Participate in product design reviews, providing input on functional requirements and potential problems
  • Ensure that new software integrations meet functional requirements and system compliance
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on automated testing using Selenium
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of manual testing protocols and methodologies
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven solid communication and teamwork abilities

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control systems, such as GIT
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Proficiency in additional automation tools and programming languages
