Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient position with dedicated support staff
• Well-established team of physicians, nurse practitioner, and physician associate. 
• Multiple specialties on site for collaboration
• Laboratory services and x-ray available on site

Primary Responsibilities:

• General outpatient family medicine primary care
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Minimal call – telephone only
• No obstetrics duties

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O.
• Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible 
• Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
