Lead Full Stack Engineer – ReactJS / Azure or AWS

Primary Responsibilities:

• DevSecOps safe agile operating model building enterprise UI controls to be offered as a platform service for standardized UI development amongst application software engineering teams
• Building green field UI enterprise controls with an agile team using ReactJS
• Supporting critical bugfix and security updates for legacy UI enterprise controls written in ReactJS and AngularJS
• Light AWS and Azure website administration for enterprise technical documentation which involves regular security updates, deployment, release management and patching, monitoring and security compliance
• Scaled Agile Methodology – Program Increment planning, weekly demos, weekly iteration planning and daily standups
• Ability to explain technology and mentor agile team staff on how to complete agile work
• Ability to work with other tech leads and operate in a support model

Required Qualifications: 

• B.Tech/BE/MCA with 10 to 14+years of experience – working on multiple layer of technology
• Should be able to lead a team of 5 to 7, provide technical guidance and own the features of the product
• Solid web development, information systems, technical certification or 5+ years experience
• 4+ years of experience in frontend frameworks like – ReactJS, Angular or any other similarly UI framework(most likely react)
• 2+ years working experience in set up or maintenance of CI/CD pipeline (test, build , deployment and monitoring automation)
• 2+ years of working experience on AWS/or AZURE – Experience of at least one application migration to Cloud platform
• Experience in both UI and RESTFul API tech stack.
• Experience in using build tools like Maven/Gradle etc.
• Able to interact with stakeholders and come up different technical strategies/plan to implement product features
• Open Shift, working experience on Private cloud, Hybrid Cloud Model, Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture
• Proven effective communicator in English written and verbal
• Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Significant experience in design and architecting solution
• Common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same
• Proven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
