Software Engineering Lead – SSIS , SSRS, SQL

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using SSIS
• Create and manage reports using SSRS
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts
• SSIS development modifying and maintaining our existing packages
• SRSS development – troubleshooting support is primary and design and development secondary
• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions crafting and executing queries upon request for data
• Translate business needs to technical specifications and build high-quality BI applications to meet these needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in cloud computing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in SSIS, SSRS, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with other BI tools and technologies
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
