Lead Data Scientist
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in and a deep understanding of the Azure data and AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of augmenting prebuilt models to solve complex new and evolving business use cases. This position requires a strong technical background in machine we continue to leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation in our organization. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in augment learning, a solid understanding of Azure ML, and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand new business use cases that can benefit from AI Azure ML to join our team. As a leader you will be responsible for augmenting prebuilt models to new business use cases with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical requirements.
- Establish and drive AI/ML practices, frameworks, and standards within the team.
- Design and implement machine learning models, NLP algorithms, and general AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Research, design, and develop machine learning models using Azure ML to address specific business challenges.
- Customizing prebuilt models to new business use cases, with a focus on Azure ML and the overall Azure data and AI platform.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and general AI, and apply them to improve existing solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure and augment prebuilt models to align with the unique requirements of new use cases.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices for AI/ML development.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business use cases and determine the feasibility of implementing AI/ML solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with Strong background in statistics, mathematic.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on machine learning algorithms, NLP, and general AI techniques.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud, including Azure ML services, Azure Fabric, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, with experience in building scalable and efficient AI/ML applications.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment in AI/ML projects.
- Experience in leading a team, including providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines f and agile practices for AI/ML projects.
- Experience with deploying and managing ML models in production environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
Ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative AI/ML solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
